We had a small party last night. Well, at least so we thought but when I woke up and saw the place for one moment I thought I was in the middle of a war zone. People were lying around skin full of dirty drawings (by Paavo and Jyrki Witch), mirrors were broken and where there used to be a nice clean flat basically was not there anymore. But we had a lot of fun.
Seven shows behind, six more to go. It's been the craziest Bloodpit-tour so far, but I guess in a good way. In Berlin we made some sort of a record when it comes to selling tickets in advance. We sold out.
Let me begin.
The trip started off terribly. I guess the biggest winter storm of the century was rampant and there was snow up to my knees. There had been a lot of car crashes all over Finland but eventually we made it to Hanko. The boat was rocking way too much for me to handle and it didn't help when I heard that another ferry had just sank somewhere near to Gotland. 23 hours later we were in Rostock on our way to Berlin.

The grand opening, the first German gig in Angermünde on November 3rd was crazy. Just before the tour I made a confession at the end of a German interview claiming I was gay. The joke paid off because 70% of the audience were men waving their fists up in the air. There you go!

After Angermünde we had a few days off. You can only imagine how hard it is for a bunch of idiots like us in a strange land. Let's make this one thing clear: Paavo never drank absinth and he never passed out at a park in the middle of the night and he never threw up head out of the window in a moving car with cops behind them. Few days later, when we played at Wild At Heart in Berlin the first thing they said was: "No absinth for you guys?" Anyway, on November 6th, we visited the Finnish embassy in Berlin.
Reeperbahn, Hamburg (Nov 8th) was a nice place. A lot of girls in the audience and a great show but the support act was awful. These morons asked us if we do drugs and started laughing when I said NO. Guys like these can't do nothing sober. They just don't have the confidence.

November 10th, Wild At Heart, Berlin.
Before the show we did a signing session at XtraX-shop and we were pretty sure no one would show up except for Masa whose guess was 4000 people. Anyway, we were surprised to face all those people there. During the signing session I heard the good news: we had sold out the venue. Once again, the place was packed with beautiful women. After the Lennestadt show we separated. Aleksi and I went with our promoters and the rest of the gang spent the night elsewhere. That night was the most psychedelic night of the tour, this far.

November 12th, Access All Areas, Cologne.
Being on the road can be very hard and to be honest sometimes it tops insanity. I was walking down the stairs at the venue and suddenly I hit the glass door. I couldn't see the door because I was wearing shades. For me, that was it. I threw a fit. I kicked the bathroom door in and started hitting another door as hard as I could only to break my hand and every silver ring I was wearing. With blood all over my hand I took off. I found a place to clean the wounds and calm myself down. I gave my best performance that night.
To be continued?
